Prospective authors are invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted by icaemconference@gmail.com. All submitted papers should report original, previously unpublished research results—experimental or theoretical.
Please follow the template to format your paper
1) Proceedings of ICAEM 2026 will be published with ISBN. All papers selected for presentation will be published in Scopus Journal, Scopus Book Chapter, Web of Science, SCI, ESCIE, UGC, Annexure 1 & 2 Based on author willingness with additional fee.
2) Full text papers (.pdf and .doc) will be accepted by Email: icaemconference@gmail.com
*The conference secretary will contact you within 3 working days with paper ID and feedback.
Submissions identical or substantially similar to versions previously published, accepted, or submitted elsewhere are inappropriate for ICAEM 2026 and violate dual submission policy.
Paper/Article Mail
Submit your article via email to the designated address(icaemconference@gmail.com). Ensure your document meets the submission guidelines before sending.
Acceptance & Acknowledgment
Once your paper is reviewed and acceptance Email from the ICAEM Team.
Unique ID: Upon acceptance, you will be assigned a Unique ID regarding your paper. Keep this ID for all future correspondence.
Registration Form & Payment Link
In the Acceptance Email, Registration Form and Payment Link will be provided. Author has Fill the Registration Form and complete the payment process.
Final Acknowledgment
After submitting the form and completing the payment, you will receive a final Acknowledgment confirming your successful registration for the conference.
